The Tula Arsenal produced the SKS-45 from 1945 to 1958. This bayonet does not have the blasted appearance of the Russian blade bayonet. All paratrooper bayonets are cut down from originals. Sergei Gavrilovich Simonov invented the SKS, a semi-automatic carbine chambered for the 7.6239mm round, in 1943. In the SKS-S model of paratrooper rifles, the gas tube was also shortened. With a bayonet bolt instead of a rivet, a chrome-plated barrel, and wood stocks, it's made in China. Seriously, there is probably no way to verify when an SKS was imported.
